To celebrate Cult Of Luna's upcoming 10th anniversary tour of "Somewhere Along The Highway", we are proud to present the first ever vinyl reissues of the album alongside the highly sought after 2004 effort, "Salvation".
Shape-shifting between moments of total gloom and flashes of uplifting enlightenment, the fourth outing from Sweden's Cult Of Luna sees the collective building further on their monstrous sound. Drifting passages of reflection and melancholy are offset with sonic explosions of release that still encompasses all that is great about the band's music - genuine art played with emotion and invention.
"Somewhere Along The Highway" will be available on traditional black vinyl, as well as 300 copies of dark green vinyl. Furthermore, there will also be an ultra limited gold vinyl, featuring special gold foil embellishment on the vinyl sleeve, reminiscent of how the band originally intended the album to look. The vinyl has also been subtly updated by original designer and band member Erik Olofsson who has also designed the albums inserts with liner notes from guitarist Johannes Persson.
